In addition to the regular academic program for each grade, students have opportunities to select fields of study that appeal to their strengths and interests. In the eleventh grade, students choose between Algebra II Common Core and Business Math, and regular or AP history. Twelfth graders can choose between Child Development and AP Psychology, and also between Precalculus and Graphic Design. All seniors enroll in Holocaust Studies and Public Speaking.
Our popular Selectives program, which runs in every grade, offers an elective period for every student every week, and the slate of classes reflects a wide range of interests. Some of our past and present offerings include, but are not limited, to: karate, international cuisine, calligraphy, pilates, painting, CPR, vocal training, and Yoga.
